STR Turnover Specialist & QA Inspector
The Gig
You are the final checkpoint before a guest walks through the door. You aren’t just wiping counters; you are executing our proprietary Guest-Ready Reset Protocol, managing linens, and acting as the eyes and ears on the ground for Nashville’s top property managers.
What You’ll Do
Execute flawless STR turnovers (cleaning, staging, and restocking).
Complete detailed walkthrough inspections to ensure properties are 100% guest-ready.
Load, unload, and manage linen and supply logistics.
Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness hazards immediately.
Maintain organization and efficiency across multiple properties.
What You Bring
A reliable, smoke-free vehicle (required for daily work use).
Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and comfortably walk stairs frequently.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Bonus: Previous cleaning or hospitality experience (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right attitude!).

Linen Logistics & Laundry Attendant
The Gig
Clean linen. Happy guests. You are the backbone of our operation, turning chaotic laundry piles into hotel-ready perfection for over 200+ Nashville short-term rental properties.
What You’ll Do
Wash, dry, and fold linen and towels for 200+ STR properties.
Pack linen, towels, and supplies to be delivered to properties.
Restock supplies and maintain strict organization and efficiency.
Ensure every single piece of linen meets our 5-star hotel standards.
The Schedule
Friday – Tuesday
5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start time (8-hour shifts; somewhat flexible)
What You Bring
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs.
Comfortable standing and bending for extended periods.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
